Dr. Trejon Brignac is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner as well as a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Dr. Brignac received her Docturate in Nursing from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2018. Dr. Brignac has extensive background working in hospitals and outpatient settings.
Dr. Brignac serves as the Hope Community Health Center Medical Director and provides our patients with both family and behavioral health medicine.
Dr. Brignac works from a person-centered focus and believes in treating the whole person, taking into account both the patient's physical and mental health needs. Dr. Brignac works from a multidisciplinary approach and works closely with our counselors and SANE nurse to ensure that each patient receives the highest quality of care to achieve overall well-being.
Andy is a Registered Nurse and certified Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner for Adults and Adolescents (SANE-A). He coordinates our FORENSIC PROGRAM, which provides forensic exams for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. Andy also manages our HIV/STI Testing and Treatment services. The care and compassion he shows for our patients is unsurpassed and he is loved by all who are fortunate enough to cross his path.
Linda is a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with over 20 years of nursing experience and is a vital member of our patient care team. She draws on her experience to provide CLINICAL SUPPORT to our primary care provider(s), as well as compassionate care and clinical assistance to our patients. Linda strives to meet our patients where they are and provides the support and guidance needed to help them better manage their health.
Brian is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and has been with our clinic since June 2020. He coordinates our BEHAVIORAL HEALTH PROGRAM, through which we provide culturally sensitive, trauma-informed counseling. Brian is originally form Buffalo, New York and has 30 years experience in outpatient mental health as a therapist, administrator, and clinical supervisor. Brian is also active with the LGBTQ+ community.
Dianne serves as our PATIENT NAVIGATOR, guiding those we serve through the health care system and helping them overcome barriers that prevent them from getting the care they need. She is skilled in helping people get the health care and other resources they need to be as healthy as possible. Dianne also works in coordination with the New Orleans Family Justice Center to help meet the healthcare needs of their clients.
Dianne is a bright light in our clinic and spreads joy to everyone she comes in contact with. We are grateful to have her on our team!
Taylor is a Licensed Professional Counselor who is trauma-informed and a true advocate for all of her clients. Taylor conducts individual and group therapy for substance use.
Taylor has experience working with individuals with chronic mental illness, survivors of trauma, and substance use.
Stacie is a Licensed Counseling Professional with over 10 years of counseling experience. Stacie has experience in school counseling, people with chronic mental illness, trauma survivors, and substance use disorders.
Stacie conducts individual and group counseling and has a compassion for working with marginalized populations.
Melissa is our CLINIC COORDINATOR, who welcomes all clients and visitors to the clinic. She is the friendly voice you hear on the phone, and who you will meet when you arrive for your appointment. She registers all patients and collects patient payments.
Melissa also works with out Business Manager to ensure that all necessary tasks are completed to ensure clinic viability.
Wendy is our BUSINESS MANAGER and has been part of our clinic since its inception. Wendy oversees the billing and payments of the clinic. If you have any billing questions you can reach her at 504-503-0895.
Jackie is our CLINIC DIRECTOR. She has over 20 years of social work experience and over 10 years of outpatient healthcare management experience that helps insure the ongoing growth and success of our clinic. Jackie is eager and committed to creating a patient-centered healthcare center that provides coordinated, whole-person, compassionate care for all those we serve.
Our EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, Mary Claire Landry, started our organization in 2019 to be the healthcare agency partner for the New Orleans Family Justice Alliance, for which she was also the Executive Director. Mary Claire's passion and commitment to providing whole person, wraparound, collaborative services in a single location for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and human trafficking is nothing short of epic. Her desire to provide quality trauma-informed healthcare in a safe and compassionate environment is the reason our organization exists today. We are proud to be led by such a visionary!
